Well after reading reviews and sitting here for over 10 minutes they was supposed to open at 9:00 9:07 and still no one has opened the door how to figure out something else but they're not the place I want to bring my equipment to. Found how they're supposed to take care of all Sears warranty stuff and everything but I can see now that you'll never get nothing done through them I ended up going out to New Holland.

The man at the counter is very unpleasant and rude. He acts like he's pissed that you dare come in and have him do his job.

Sadly it is the only true Husqvarna dealership. Usually have parts, pricing isn’t bad. The service is terrible. The guy that runs the desk is rude and out right pissed off to be at work. Had them order a part, I had to call them to see if it came in. When they told me they called a week ago… I asked what number they had. It was the wrong number. When he discovered he was wrong in the matter he was still upset at me for the entire thing. Seems like at his age he needs to be put in the back, or take customer service classes.

Sure wish I had looked at the posts. This place has gone to hell. Ordered parts some time ago and called twice. The surly guy at the counter ( owner?/employee?) says he hasn’t had time to go through them. WHAT???!!??! This is no way to run your business!! Avoid at all costs. Terrible waste of my time. Unless things change, methinks this place is not long for the earth.
